In 2009, two people in dead end jobs came together to create a brand new industry, real estate photography. They believed that by taking care of clients and providing the best quality and service, they could make life easier for realtors and help them sell their listings faster. The formula worked and in 2014 they sold their first territory. Expansion happened quickly and so in 2019 they became a franchise. Today, we still have that same commitment to excellence in customer service, support, technology, hard work, drive and passion and we love sharing our secret formula with new entrepreneurs.

Keith Bolash

Founder

As Founder of 360 Tour Designs, Keith focuses on all things sales-related with both new and current franchise owners. His greatest joy is helping people start and grow their own businesses, guiding them on their journey toward success. Known for his calm and laid-back demeanor, Keith is often underestimated — but behind that exterior lies deep passion and determination. For Keith, the 360 family is exactly that — a family. It’s about treating each other with respect, care, and genuine support as they work together toward shared goals. Outside of work, Keith is an avid golfer who spends as much time on the course as he can. He lives by the philosophy: “Life and business aren’t about how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up.”

Greg Drake

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of 360 Tour Designs, Greg’s focus is simple yet powerful: lead, inspire, grow. In his role, he serves many groups — the internal team, franchise owners, and the clients those owners serve. Being a servant leader and coach is at the heart of his work, and he finds his greatest joy in supporting and witnessing the growth of new franchise owners as they achieve their dream of business ownership. That sense of purpose is what gets him up in the morning and drives his passion for the business. Greg believes the true strength of 360 lies not in himself but in the team. Surrounded by people who are smart, driven, and above all, good humans, he finds inspiration in their brilliance, initiative, and collaboration. For Greg, being part of the 360 family means belonging to a group that shares values, celebrates each other’s strengths, and works together toward a common cause rather than individual recognition. Outside of work, Greg loves anything outdoors — the more exciting and challenging, the better (though he admits heights aren’t his favorite). He lives by the principle: “Always do the right thing, especially when no one is watching.”

Dee Noll

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at 360 Tour Designs, Dee oversees scheduling along with the photography and editing teams, ensuring projects stay on track and run smoothly. She enjoys getting to know agents over the phone and finds it exciting when she gets to meet them in person and put a face to the name. Known for her attention to detail, Dee values the strong bonds she has built with her team members and the supportive environment of the 360 family. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader with a personal goal of finishing 300 books this year — already well on her way with nearly 200 completed. Dee lives by the simple yet powerful reminder: “One thing at a time and take it slow so I do it right the first time.”

Tanner Shore

Director of National Sales & Media

Tanner helps lead photo and video production at 360 Tour Designs while also focusing on building client relationships and growing services nationally. A big part of his role is making sure the team and franchise owners have the tools and training they need to succeed. He enjoys connecting with people — from agents to homeowners — and helping them showcase their properties in the best light. Building those relationships is what makes the work rewarding. With a background in film and a passion for storytelling, Tanner brings a creative eye that helps him create media that feels both polished and personal. He also enjoys mentoring newer team members, helping them sharpen their skills and grow. For Tanner, being part of the 360 family means being surrounded by a supportive team that values growth, innovation, and relationships. Outside of work, he’s a big golfer and a former college baseball pitcher, often found on the golf course or cheering for Philly sports. He lives by the motto “Hustle, Heart, Pride” — a reminder to always put in the effort while never losing sight of what really matters.

Lindsay Quay

Editor-In-Chief

As Editor-in-Chief at 360 Tour Designs, Lindsay oversees the quality control of photos delivered to Realtors, ensuring that every client receives media they can be proud to advertise. While she may not interact directly with clients, she finds great satisfaction in providing them with polished, professional results that make a lasting impact. Creative, hardworking, and reliable, Lindsay takes pride in her role and values being part of a company where everyone looks out for one another. To her, the 360 family is built on genuine care and teamwork. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children and serving as the assistant field hockey coach for her high school alma mater. She lives by the saying: “People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan.”

Kaeli Sparrow

Director of Scheduling & Client Experience

At 360 Tour Designs, Kaeli helps ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. She focuses on scheduling and making sure clients feel supported throughout the process so everything feels seamless and stress-free. Kaeli loves connecting with clients and seeing their vision come to life, whether that means securing the perfect appointment time or helping showcase a property in the best way possible. She brings a unique mix of detail orientation, creativity, and strong communication skills, which allows her to balance the fine details while keeping clients happy. To Kaeli, being part of the 360 family means working alongside supportive and passionate people where everyone’s strengths come together to deliver something amazing. Outside of work, Kaeli enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and creating art of all kinds — often with her daughter by her side. She lives by the reminder that “Excellence is in the details,” a philosophy that inspires her both personally and professionally.
